Terms & Conditions

1. General

By purchasing the book "Referability Roadmap", both the physical and the audiobook (the "Product") authored and sold by Bill Utnage, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Product.

2. Purchasing the Product

You may purchase the Product directly from Bill Utnage or authorized sellers. The price of the Product will be as quoted on the relevant platform at the time you place your order.

3. Payment

All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount calculated by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of the item will be refunded to the buyer by the seller.

5. Return Policy

All sales are final.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Product and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bill Utnage and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bill Utnage and any of his affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages related to the sale or use of the Product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the seller resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Bill Utnage reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the relevant platform. Your continued use of the Product after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
